Our Home Watch Services consist of scheduled home inspections to evaluate and document the condition of the property.
Each inspection (you decide how often we inspect) comes complete with a digital report, including images to show you the condition of the property, and allows you to direct and additional actions as needed - such as property maintenance.
We will document the property to include:
testing each water source for potential leaks (toilets, sinks, refrigerator water lines, etc.), windows and doors for potential water and energy leaks, rodent intrusion, water staining issues on ceiings and walls (potential mold), safety and security issues, etc.
If you are a snowbird, we are your "eyes and ears" when you are away from your home.
Scheduled, consistent, and comprehensive inspections give you confidence in the condition of your property.
While neighbors are a great resource for homeowners, our professionals submit detailed reports after each inspection, so you know the condition of your property.
If issues are uncovered during an inspection that may require attention, rest assured that PCAM Group has vendor relationships that can help rectify any issue.
Additionally, if you are away, we can assist in scheduling routine maintenance such as replacement of air filters, smoke alarm battery replacement, even starting your car and checking for fluid leaks.
Some Homeowners Insurance Policies (both Condominium / Townhome and Single-Family Home Policies) have requirements in those polices that properties may be REQUIRED to have the property entered on a monthly or bi-weekly basis.
