Temporary CAM (TC) Placement
What is a "Temporary CAM?"
In today's Community Association Management industry, finding great managers (CAMs) takes time.
But, Management Companies need community coverage today, and they can't wait to hire and onboard a new CAM.
Unlike consulting, a Temporary CAM (TC) is assigned to a Management Company for a period of time (a week, a month or a quarter) where that assigned CAM "bridges the gap" between the Management Company losing the CAM and finding a suitable replacement.
What Kind of Temporary CAM Could I Expect to Work With?
Not every CAM can be a successful Temporary CAM . Our TC's are required to have at least 5 years of CAM experience in the Greater Tampa Bay Market.
These CAMs already know how the industry works, they just need a few days to get comfortable with your software platforms.
Our TCs have worked with Yardi, Vantaca, StrongRoom, VMS, Appfolio, among many other platforms for the industry.
How Does the Placement Work?
Your Management Company is like a puzzle. The puzzle 'pieces' are the CAMs assigned to Community Associations.
PCAM Group sources CAMs already in the market that are available to work on a temporary/part-time basis. Some CAMs are retired, some only want to work part-time.
